五、炉体结构描述:
5.1机械结构原理说明
炉体采用钢壳磁轭炉体,金属熔液的出口通道“浇口”设在电炉底部。(高铝石墨质或氧化锆质水口)由于金属在熔炼过程中,杂质和熔渣均浮在液面;底注式浇注可避免杂质和熔渣进入铸件型腔,大大减少废品出现。 钢水出口连接有塞杆动作机构;塞杆动作机构包括塞棒、气缸和传动杠杆,塞棒底部形状与钢水出口形状相适配,且塞棒底部为由上至下渐缩形;气缸驱动传动杠杆沿一固定轴转动,传动杠杆带动塞棒作上升或下降动作。用塞杆动作机构的上升或下降运动来控制出钢口的开、关或开度,精确控制出钢点和出钢流量及出钢流速,
