    5.1 mechanical principles described structure

    The furnace body adopts a steel shell yoke furnace body, and the outlet channel "gate" of the metal melt is arranged at the bottom of the electric furnace. ( High-aluminum graphite or zirconia nozzle ) Since the metal is in the smelting process, impurities and slag float on the liquid surface; the bottom-injection casting can prevent impurities and slag from entering the casting cavity, greatly reducing the occurrence of waste. The steel water outlet is connected with a plug rod action mechanism; the plug rod action mechanism comprises a plug rod, a cylinder and a transmission lever, the bottom shape of the plug rod is adapted to the shape of the molten steel outlet, and the bottom of the plug rod is tapered from top to bottom; the cylinder drive transmission The lever rotates along a fixed axis, and the transmission lever drives the plug to raise or lower. Use the rising or falling movement of the plug rod action mechanism to control the opening, closing or opening of the taphole, and precisely control the tapping point and tapping flow rate and the tapping flow rate.
