 分段透热炉也是连续感应中频炉是热处理连续生产线具有在线连续加热、采用各组感应器，进行加热、升温、保温、淬火冷却、回火，自动化程度高等优点。
Piecewise diathermic furnace also called continuous induction heating furnace,is continuous heat treatment production line. Advantages of on-line continuous heating, all kinds of sensor groups to heat, heating-up, keep warm, quench, temper and high degree of automation. 

本中频感应加热成套设备主要由中频电源、加热感应器、自动上料装置、压辊快速出料装置，红外测温装置，中心控制台组成。通过配套不同感应器，可实现对锚链钢的加热，加热温度和径向，轴向温差满足工艺要求，并能实现保温等料，并自动记录每根棒料的温度。

Composed of intermediate frequency power source, heating sensor, automatic feeding device, pressure roller fast discharging device, infrared temperature measuring device and center console.Installed different sensors, can meet the technological requirements of anchor chain steel heating, heating temperature and radial, axial temperature difference, also can realize thermal insulation, and record each bar 's temperature automatically.
